Deloitte
Consulting Southeast Asia announced that Axel Winter had joined its
Financial Service Team as Director. The former Global Chief Architect
at GE Money Headquarters will be based in Bangkok/Thailand;
specializing in “Lean IT”, Service Oriented Architectures and
Technology Innovation. Mr. Winter has a broad range of experience in
working with IT Solutions for the Financial Services industry on
matters such as IT Strategy and Effectiveness, Outsourcing and
Offshoring, Banking Architecture, Rapid Application Delivery, and
deploying Open Source for aggressive cost reduction in both,
international and Asian companies.
Commenting on his joining, Mr. Winter said "Deloitte
