ในปี พ.ศ. 2535 Axel Winter ได้ร่วมงานในตำแหน่ง CEO ของบริษัท ICN Data สาขาประเทศไทย และ ประเทศเยอรมันี ซึ่งบริษัท ICN Data นั้นเป็นบริษัทชั้นนำด้าน E-Business และ System Integration ซึ่งมีสาขาทั้งในอเมริกา ยุโรป และ เอเซีย ตลอดระยะเวลา 5 ปีที่ Axel ทำงานที่ ICN Data เขาได้บริหารโครงการที่เกี่ยวกับระบบอินเตอร์เน็ตสมัยใหม่ และ E-Business ในเอเชียมากมาย และยังช่วยให้คำปรึกษาในการวางแผนแม่บททางด้านระบบสารสนเทศของรัฐบาลไทยด้วย

In 1992, Axel became CEO of the Thai and German operations of ICN Data, a global E-Business Consulting and System Integration Business with offices in Europe, Asia and North America. During his five years with ICN Data, he led many pioneering Internet and e-business projects in Asia and contributed to the Royal Thai Government’s IT Masterplan.

Accenture recruited Axel as a regional leader in Internet and E-Business in 1997. Axel focused on implementing leading and groundbreaking E-Business solutions at Fortune 100 and local companies. In 2000, Axel moved to Accenture in Europe, to focus on larger IT Transformation initiatives and large outsourcing engagement across a range of different industries. He also co-managed the largest Accenture project worth approx. 3.5BN USD.

Welcome to my Web Site.
This is the latest reincarnation using the new Drupal 6 PHP based Content Management System.
I started doing my web site in 1996 with standard HTML Editors and eventually used Dreamweaver. Last year then I moved to Joomla, to ease focus on content vs. doing the site. Next to this site I am also donating time to Wat Bowonnivet Vihara - a famous Tempel in Bangkok.
My main mission here is to manage and maintain that Web Site, too. Checkout www.watbowon.org My real job is actually not Web Master, but I am Director IT Consulting at Deloitte in South East Asia and before that I was the Chief Architect of GE Money globally. Prior to this I worked as Country and also Region CTO in the same company.
